I will miss you the most...

 
Although Stampin' Up's retiring list is an exciting time as it means a new catalog is coming, it's certainly a sad time as well.  Combing over the retiring product lists my heart flutters each time I read something I love.  One of those flutters was for my 'go to' birthday set, Bring on the Cake.  Oh how I love this set.  It has so many birthday offerings, what's not to love?

It's almost time!

The retired list will be available on Monday!  It's already that time!
I will get the list on Monday and email it to my entire customer base, as well as post it on my Facebook and here on my blog.  I will do my best at keeping everyone updated of what has sold out and such, but one thing I can tell you for sure is that those 2012-2014 In Colors will be gone in a hurry!  The Raspberry Ripple Re-Inker is already SOLD OUT!  Crazy, I know!  So if you love those In-Colors, don't wait, order here.

A Bright Wish



When I first saw the kaleidoscope paper in the Occasions Catalog I didn't immediately love it.  But after having the chance to see it in person, I have changed my mind!  It's so fun and chunky!  Yes, I said chunky : )  I love black and white with bring colors mixed in, and this DSP supplies that!
 

Add in the Scalloped Tag Topper punch and my oh so favorite stamp set (aren't they all my favorites lately?!?) and you get the most amazing combination of color and class!

Cadbury Bunny Egg Crate

My family LOVES Cadbury Crème Eggs...really....LOVES... : )
There are lots of these Cadbury Egg holders out there right now, so I watched lots of videos and used what I learned and collaborated several ideas to come up with a what I thought worked the best!
For both of these treat holders you will need 2 pieces of card stock.  One measuring a scant 2" X 8 1/2" and one measuring 3" X 2 1/2" in the same color card stock.  On the longer piece score it at 3 1/2" and 5" and then punch both ends with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch..  With the smaller piece of card stock you want to score it at 1/2"on each of the 4 sides.  Take your 1" Circle Punch and punch a hole in the center.  Cut up on the score lines on each side in landscape mode.  Attach glue dots to the flaps and adhere them under the opposing flap to create a "box" shape.  Attach a strip of Sticky strip on the landscape sides of the box.  Center it on the inside of your Tag Topper Punched Piece and bring up the sides.  Place your egg in the center and use ribbon to hold the treat holder closed.
