This simple card is created with just 2 stamp sets and 2 ink colors. No fancy techniques, no embellishments, no kidding! It starts with 3 pieces of paper:
Naturals White Card Stock: 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Early Espresso Card Stock: 5 1/4" X 4"
Naturals White Card Stock: 5" X 3 3/4"
Now, I do realize that the Naturals White Card Stock has sold out as it was on the retiring list. With that being said you could absolutely make this card with Whisper White as well.
Start by stamping on a Stampin' Pierce Mat. That's very important with this stamp set. You'll get a much better image that way.
Stamp the tree image around the outside of your card with Early Espresso Ink. Then stamp the Praying for You... sentiment in the middle of the trees.
With your Mossy Meadow ink stamp the leaves onto the trees and stamp once more without re-inking your stamp on the same tree. This will create some dimension in darker and lighter leaves.
That's it! Yep! Now just use SNAIL adhesive to attach your stamped piece to your Early Espresso piece and then to your card base.
