Loving this Friendly Wishes Stamp Set! Between that and the new washi tape, it's hard not to love this simple card! Watermelon Wonder, one of the new 2015-2017 In Colors makes up the card base. The DSP layer is from the Cherry on Top DSP Stack. The colors in this paper stack are so up my alley! I love bright, cheerful colors and this paper supplies just that!
To create the heart layer I simply stamped hearts side by side on a 1/2" piece of Whisper White and then flagged the ends with my Banner Punch. Pop it up on Dimensionals and you have yourself a over achieving, cutie pie card!
